Treichler noted that their units are well designed and spacious, with cuts ranging from a one-bedroom to a four-bedroom unit. Sizes meanwhile will start at 81 sqm for a one-bedroom unit. On offer are 460 units, equivalent to having an average of 10 units per floor— thus giving residents exceptional privacy and exclusivity.

Residents of one-bedroom units will have the Makati skyline as their view while the bigger cuts will enjoy the breath-taking vista of the course. At a certain height, one might even get a glimpse of the Manila Bay.

Prices are yet to be announced. But according to Susan Lee Yu, sales director for Shang Residences at Wack Wack, prices may roughly average ₱ 250,000 per sqm.

Treichler also pointed out that their amenities are best in class in the country— from its resort-style swimming pools, landscape gardens, play areas for children, a mini theater, a homey pavilion, fully equipped gym, to its good-sized multifunction rooms, all located within a 2,800-sqm expanse.

Although the amenity area can be quite compact, it focuses more on the quality of the amenities, and how these features allow one to live a more balanced, holistic lifestyle.

For Shang Residences at Wack Wack, all these amenities are meant to create a resort-inspired environment, in order to provide that private, sanctuary feel to the project, where once can relax and rejuvenate at the end of a long, tiring day in the urban jungle.

It’s probably also the reason why Shang Properties decided not to include commercial area within the development, which is a usual feature in many condos. This, according to Treichler, was meant to value the privacy of the Shang Residences buyers.

While the trend in the local real estate is to bring your home right within the hustle and bustle of the city,  The Shang Residences at Wack Wack is bringing its buyers to a different, more relaxed setting without needing to stay too far from the business districts.

Thus, this project caters largely to the usual buyers of Shang Properties— the high level businessmen and executives and their families, and practically anyone who recognizes the value of privacy, exclusivity, and quality, which are the trademarks of any Shang residence.
